● Located in the Treme, there are plenty of newly renovated homes and some that are not. If you are not familiar with or comfortable with urban neighbors, this may not be the house for you. However, it has a great central location, a lot of parking, and private outdoor space, and you can be pretty much anywhere within 10 minutes.

The base rate is valid for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are charged an additional fee, with a max occupancy of 10.
If you find you have fewer guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Up to 1 week prior to arrival, the refund is 50% of the additional guest fee.
25 minimum age for primary renter.
